Town Commissioners — 2026-07-29

A June 29, 2026 special meeting of the Queenstown Commissioners focused on final review and approval of documents for the Wheatland's Development. Commissioners approved and had the Town President sign the Commercial PWA, the Partial Assignment of the DRRA, and the Stormwater Facilities Agreement; the Residential PWA (previously approved) was provided in a clean copy and executed at this meeting. Deeds for the storage parcel, Town lot, conservation area, and a conservation-area access easement were executed and notarized; HOA governing documents were reviewed only and will be signed by the developer. Richmond American Homes representatives attended (one via Zoom) and will have their escrow company record all documents and deliver hard and digital copies to the Town; the meeting adjourned at 3:51 p.m.
