Town Commissioners — 2025-09-10

The Queenstown Commissioners met on September 10, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Public Works reported problems with MMBR membranes (short life, ragging/splitting); the supplier will review M+H inspection reports and visit the site; a failing NC HVAC unit was repaired and a replacement recommendation (two wall-mounted 2.5-ton ductless units) was offered. The Planning Commission recommended a zoning ordinance amendment to comply with the Brighter Tomorrow Act and adopt Solar APP+; an ordinance draft was prepared for review.
