The Queenstown Town Commissioners met May 28, 2025, with Commissioners Tom Willis and Bryon Callahan, Town Manager Amy Moore, and Town Clerk Aaron Horney present; the meeting ran from 6:00–6:44 PM and adjourned by unanimous vote. Public Works items dominated discussion: quotes for four replacement tires were reviewed (National Restorations lowest at $665 pending confirmation of comparable mileage ratings), bulk collection volumes and guideline compliance are causing increased time and expense and Commissioners asked staff to review current rules before considering reduced collection frequency or a ticket system, and a request was made for relief on temporary generator rental fees because repairs have taken much longer than expected.
