The March 12, 2025 Queenstown Commissioners meeting recognized Philip Snyder as Volunteer of the Year with a proclamation. Property owner Patrick Belzner discussed potentially selling 6915 Main Street; he quoted about $275,000 for lots 2 & 3 and $410,000 for the entire property, and commissioners said they will consider the offer later; some residents urged saving the existing structure but commissioners noted that demolition is the owner’s decision and any new building would be reviewed by the Planning Commission. Public Works updates included revised street standards and a decision to adopt Option 3 from Rauch for the Book of Standards (reference another jurisdiction—Town of Easton—cost ~$1,000). The commission approved lab testing of black residue at Harbor Lane residences at a cost of $1,000 and Commissioners Willis and Callahan will coordinate sampling (President Hardee abstained). Rauch also requested plumbing plans for homes with low pressure to calculate expected pressure losses from town lines to private lines and indicated the town main likely provides adequate pressure.
