The October 9, 2024 Queenstown Commissioners meeting covered a guest discussion, department updates, planning items, infrastructure projects, and several items tabled pending a commissioner’s return. Buyer Dudley Dixon proposed a land swap involving Town-owned Charity Lane property and was asked to provide a plat; Commissioners tabled further action until Commissioner Callahan returns.
