The August 28, 2024 Town Commissioners meeting covered routine department reports and multiple action items. Public Works reported completion of the Main Street water line/valve replacement and paving, accepted R&D Electric’s $1,200 estimate to run conduit to the town office, and conditionally approved Alex Landscaping proposals ($1,300 and $2,000) for ditch/cleanup work pending Commissioner Callahan’s site review; a Rauch estimate for ditch/culvert work ($20,000) was discussed but not selected.
