Town Commissioners — 2023-12-13

This is the agenda for the Queenstown Town Commissioners meeting on December 13, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., available in-person and by Zoom. Guests Robert Rauch and Jimi Harrison of Rauch Engineering will present updates on water and sewer projects. Routine items include committee reports, a treasurer/finance report, minutes, and correspondence; the manager and attorney will give updates and there is a public comment period. Major old-business topics listed are infrastructure (I&I project tabled until Spring 2024; New Water Tower and related interim financing, bond counsel, and Wall St. water tower maintenance; membrane clean and valve automation), marine projects (boat ramp improvements, Town Dock construction updates, and federal channel dredging), policy revisions (Water/Sewer Connections Code and Road and Sidewalk Standards), and the Wheatland’s development project (DRRA & PWA). A closed session may be held if authorized under Section 3-305(b) of the Maryland Annotated Code.
