Town Commissioners — 2022-04-25

The Queenstown Commissioners held an emergency special meeting via Zoom on April 25, 2022, called to obtain legal advice regarding the wastewater treatment plant membrane warranty. Present were President Alton Hardee, Commissioner Thomas B. Willis, Jr., George Smith, George Frigon, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, and Town Manager Amy Moore. The meeting was called to a closed session at 10:33 a.m. (motion by President Hardee, seconded by Commissioner Willis, VOTE: 2-aye, 0-nay) and reconvened at 11:13 a.m.; no decisions were made during the closed session and the meeting was adjourned at 11:14 a.m.
