Town Commissioners — 2022-04-04

The Queenstown Commissioners held a special meeting on April 4, 2022 (called at 4:30 p.m.) to convene a closed session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice regarding a warranty agreement and the operation of the wastewater treatment plant (including warranty matters with membranes). Present were President Alton Hardee, Commissioners Thomas B. Willis Jr. and Bryon Callahan (Callahan arrived later), representatives from Susquehanna Operations (George Smith and Greg Smith), Town Engineer Bob Rauch, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, and Town Manager Amy Moore. The meeting was closed at 4:31 p.m., reopened at 6:10 p.m., and adjourned at 6:10 p.m.; no decisions were made during the closed session.
