This is the March 23, 2022 Queenstown Commissioners meeting record. Commissioners approved a $2,100 quote to repair brick sidewalks in the Town Center (vote 3-0), noted that two recycle pumps at the plant were sent for repair, and scheduled the next membrane train #1 recovery clean for April 11 with a Microdyn representative onsite. Planning is preparing revisions to commercial vehicle parking rules, the Harbormaster reassigned dock slips from two 2021 vacancies and offered slips to waitlisted applicants, and the Commission received account balances (General $64,150.39; Water-Sewer $222,627.67; ARPA $342,529.65). The Commission adopted Greensboro’s drug policy for employees, discussed allowing seasonal permits for boats on jacks/blocks (which would require a new ordinance), and received updates on infrastructure projects including Old Wharf Lane RFPs, follow-up on financing and wetlands permitting for a new water tower entrance, control room renovation near completion, and a boat ramp wetlands permit being recommended for approval at the State Board of Public Works meeting on 3/23.
