This is the agenda for a Queenstown Commissioners work session on March 2, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., held remotely due to revised COVID-19 restraints. The session was set to discuss a proposed water tower and related infrastructure (including rates and a possible extension of a purchase-of-property agreement) and to hold preliminary discussions about developer agreements for the Wheatlands project (specifically Developers' Rights and Responsibility/Public Works Agreement and the Wheatlands master plan).
