This is the May 23, 2019 special Budget Workshop of the Queenstown Commissioners to review final drafts of the FY2020 General Fund and Water/Sewer budgets. Attendees were President Thomas B. Willis, Jr., Commissioners Alton Hardee and Holger Schuster, Finance Chair Patricia Bowell, and Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore; the tax rate was set to reflect the State's Constant Yield rate and water/sewer rates reflect a 5% increase. Commissioners set a special meeting for May 29, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. to introduce ordinances to adopt the tax rate, water/sewer rate increase, and budgets, with a public hearing scheduled for June 12, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.; the meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
