This is the October 17, 2018 special meeting and work session notice for the Queenstown Commissioners. A Special Meeting begins at 2:30 p.m. with a Closed Session with the Town Attorney to obtain legal advice regarding potential litigation; a Work Session begins at 3:00 p.m. to discuss development concepts for Wheatland’s (as presented 9/26/18 by Barry Waterman), recommendations from the Town Engineer on sewer infiltration repairs, the SmartSite Plan Contract, an Agreement and required Professional Engineering Report for the Water Tower and infrastructure project, a contract proposal from Long Fence, and a Tower Point cell tower lease/purchase proposal.
