This document is the notice, minutes, and executive-session record for a special meeting of the Queenstown Commissioners held May 9, 2018. The meeting was called to order at 11:09 a.m.; by motion of President Willis, seconded by Commissioner Schuster and unanimously carried the Commissioners adjourned into closed session to receive legal advice from the Town Attorney and to undertake settlement discussions on a contract matter and other matters that could result in litigation.
