The commission adopted Resolution 26-101 to adopt an investment policy (vote 3-0), received public works updates (plant running well, I&I main line installed, specs/ditch/riprap work approved for Rauch, plant laptop ordered, security under review), noted fund balances (General Fund $150,327.58; WS Fund $13,978.05; ARPA Fund $184,118.19), approved the March 11 minutes, and adjourned at 7:53 pm.
