The Queenstown Planning Commission met on February 4, 2026 (in-person and via Zoom). Guest Vince Clark (104 Wall St., Lot 2) presented a site plan for a new house and driveway; staff reported no current zoning or impervious-surface issues affecting stormwater (noting one tree = 100 sq ft) and said the town can approve the building permit without a commission motion; Clark also intends to raise the garage roof to use it as a shop.
