Planning Commission — 2025-11-05

At the November 5, 2025 Queenstown Planning Commission meeting (called to order at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 6:32 p.m.), members present included Mike Bowett, Matt Reno, Sue Donaldson, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, Paul Cain, and Town Planner Peter Johnston; the meeting opened with acknowledgment of the passing of Commissioner Tom Willis and condolences voiced by Jim Watzin. The Commission elected officers (Matt Reno as Chair, Mike Bowett as Vice Chair, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu as Secretary), voted to recommend that the Town Commissioners adopt the drafted revisions to Zoning Ordinance Section 95 (table heights) — motion by Paul Cain, seconded by Mike Bowett, no opposition — and approved the October 1, 2025 minutes (motion by Paul Cain, seconded by Mike Bowett, no opposition).
