The Planning Commission met July 2, 2025. Public comment included a Charity Lane homeowner worried about possible wastewater plant expansion (Town Manager said there are no plans); Town Manager updates noted a $21,000 cybersecurity grant, the water tank project bid date pushed to July 11, revised reef-ball plans for federal channel dredging submitted to MDE, consideration of bulk collection regulation changes, a July 23 public hearing on purchasing Lot #2 at 6915 Main St., and that the old fire house can be sold as commercial property; June 4 minutes were approved and the meeting adjourned at 6:53 pm.
