The Queenstown Planning Commission met on June 4, 2025. The Commission granted final subdivision approval for the Clark/Nicholson subdivision (motion passed 3-0 with one abstention) and granted provisional final approval for the Snyder subdivision subject to final staff review and the Town acquiring the second parcel (about 17,000 sq. ft.); staff requested a PDF of the plat. Town Manager updates: the water tank/infrastructure bid due date was extended to June 27, the draft budget was reviewed with a public hearing set for June 18 (no increase to real or personal property tax rates; an 8% increase to water/sewer rates noted as approved by ordinance in 2022), and the Town is considering an event to commemorate America's 250th anniversary; the Queenstown Corridor Management Plan had no update and the May minutes were approved.
