This record summarizes the Queenstown Planning Commission meeting on May 1, 2024, called to order at 7:01 p.m. Present in person were Matt Reno, Phil Snydea, Mike Bowell, Geneva Thrasher-Rieu, and Town Manager Amy Moore; Town Planner Peter Johnston and Tom Langford attended by Zoom. Under Old Business, Wheatland’s construction drawings were reviewed and found in compliance but approval awaits completion of a DRRA; commissioners walked the lot on 5/1 and Peter reported two inquiries about setbacks and codes; the Corridor Management Plan had no update. New business included approval of the April 3, 2024 minutes, a discussion about member roles and adding a minimum meeting requirement for efficiency, and adjournment at 7:31 p.m.
