Planning Commission — 2022-11-02

The Queenstown Planning Commission met on November 2, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present (Mike Bowell, Phil Snyder, Paul Cain, Matt Reno, Geneva Rieu, Peter Johnston and Amy Moore) approved three main items: a site plan for a Par 3 (37th) hole at Queenstown Harbor Golf Course, the Dudley property subdivision plat for the Queenstown VFD (including approval to accept a fee-in-lieu for forest conservation), and the Wheatlands Preliminary Phase 1 subdivision plan dated 10/1/2022. The Commission received Town Manager updates listing upcoming meetings and town events, noted no progress yet on the proposed 7109 Main St. wellness center, and removed boat landing/parking area and commercial/oversized parking from the active old-business list while a contract was awarded for redecking work at the boat landing and other tasks will be bid. The October 5, 2022 minutes were approved as written and the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
