The Planning Commission met remotely on November 4, 2020. Guest Barry Waterman reviewed the Wheatland’s Master Development Plan, noting the unit count dropped from 202 to 198 and that design guidelines are being prepared; the Commission agreed not to schedule a public hearing until those guidelines are submitted. Town Manager Amy Moore reported the uncontested election re-elected Al Hardee, an upcoming meeting with Waterman about the water tower and infrastructure funding, and updates on the Trails Master Plan and a pending Community Parks & Playground grant application. The Commission approved an amended Site and Water Quality Management Plan for Sorenson at 112 Charity Lane (french drain installed, rain garden ready, some work delayed by COVID, and a request to extend protective fencing approved), noted boat landing parking stops and signage work, and unanimously approved the September 2 and October 7, 2020 minutes before adjourning at 8:15 p.m.
