Planning Commission — 2020-10-07

The Planning Commission met remotely on October 7, 2020. Phil Snyder was sworn to a new five-year term. The commission unanimously approved an administrative subdivision plat for Lonnie and Shirley Anthony at 116 Dudley Ave and unanimously approved Kristin Hagerstrom’s request for an additional 352 sq ft of lot coverage and related Critical Area 10% Pollution Reduction rule paperwork for the property at 7120 Main St. Commissioners discussed boat launch and parking improvements (curb stops, budget, funding, timetable, and possible ramp design), received an update on the Trails Master Plan including alternatives with annexed landowners and a possible trailer parking area at the trailhead, and discussed plans for new water tower capacity and potential modifications to existing towers. The September 7, 2020 minutes were tabled and the meeting adjourned at 8:32 PM.
