Planning Commission — 2017-11-01

The Queenstown Planning Commission met for a public hearing and regular meeting on November 1, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing opened on the October 2017 Draft Queenstown Comprehensive Plan, received no public comments, and was closed at 7:05 p.m. The Commission unanimously adopted Resolution 17-105 approving the October 2017 version of the Comprehensive Plan and forwarded it to the Town Commissioners for adoption. During new business, Town Commissioner George Plumbo reported that Amy Moore will serve as Town Manager/Clerk/Treasurer amid a staff reorganization, the Rental Ordinance remains under consideration, and he and Bob Rauch had met with Peter Dudley about annexation and associated fees. The minutes of September 4 and October 4, 2017 were approved, there were no applications for the Planning Commission vacancy, and the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
