Planning Commission — 2017-10-04

The Queenstown Planning Commission met on October 4, 2017; members Al Hardee, Matt Reno, Phil Snyder and Betty White attended, with Town Planner Peter Johnston present. They reviewed the draft 2017 Comprehensive Plan, approved the Town Planner’s recommended text revisions, introduced Resolution 17-105, and scheduled a final Planning Commission public hearing on the draft for November 1, 2017; the Town Planner was directed to incorporate the agreed text and map changes into version 1015117 and make copies available at the Town Office before the hearing notice is published. In new business the September 4 minutes were unavailable (Mr. Reno will prepare them for the next meeting) and a vacancy was announced after Mr. Comegys’ term expired and he chose not to continue; the opening will be posted on the Town website and newsletter and applicants should submit a letter to the Town Office.
