Planning Commission — 2017-09-06

The Queenstown Planning Commission met on September 6, 2017 (7:00–7:30 p.m.) with Chair Al Hardee, Vice‑Chair Matt Reno, Phil Snyder, Willie Comegys, Town Planner Peter Johnston, Commissioner George Plumbo, Acting Town Manager Mike Bowell, and Pat Bowell present. The Commission revisited The Brick Companies' request for additional growth and approved revising Maps 8‑2 and 2‑3 in the Draft Community/Comprehensive Plan to reflect the company’s golf course development vision; they unanimously voted to forward the May 9, 2017 Draft Community Plan with those map revisions to the Town Commissioners. The Kevin Dey property was discussed and noted to be addressed by the approved plan revisions; the Commission also received an update on the new water tower application and approved the August 2, 2017 meeting minutes.
