Planning Commission — 2017-04-13

This was a special meeting and public hearing of the Queenstown Planning Commission on April 13, 2017 focused on the Draft Queenstown Comprehensive Plan (2017). Planner Peter Johnston presented the draft and, with Brynja Booth, proposed additional revisions that the Commission discussed; the agenda included votes to recommend adoption of those proposed revisions. The meeting also held a public hearing for oral and written comment on the draft and included a planned recommendation to the Town Commissioners on Ordinance No. 17-02 to amend Section 33.C.9 of the zoning ordinance to provide alternative standards for growth allocation when the receiving property does not meet subsections 33.C.1–4.
