Planning Commission — 2017-02-01

The Queenstown Planning Commission met February 1, 2017; commissioners Willie Comegys, Matt Reno, Phil Snyder, and Betty White attended, along with Town Planner Peter Johnston and others. The Town Commissioners approved the proposed Critical Area Growth Allocation and forwarded it to the Critical Area Commission for review, and the Commission reviewed the Hearing Draft Comprehensive Plan 2017 (Version 1118117) with MDE comments incorporated and found it ready for public hearing. The public hearing was scheduled for April 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., Peter Johnston will prepare a PDF and summary of changes for the town website within two weeks, and the January 4, 2017 minutes were approved; no other updates or pending permits were reported.
