This is the agenda for the Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 26, 2026. The meeting opens with 5:00 p.m. closed sessions on “Potential Litigation” and “Boards & Commissions,” a 5:30 p.m. call to order with approval of multiple sets of minutes and public comment periods. The evening includes a series of public hearings starting with the Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan Amendment 11-27 (Marling Farms & Dominion Sewer Service Area Map) and multiple zoning and land-use ordinances (County Ordinance Nos. 26-04, 26-07, 26-08, 26-09, 26-10, and 26-12) addressing topics such as uses in the APKIG district, FAR and commercial apartments in the Waterfront Village Center (WVC), Transferable Development Rights (TDR), Noncontiguous Development (NCD), and a replacement Forest Conservation Act.
