On April 14, 2026 the Queen Anne’s County Board of Commissioners held a legislative day meeting with public-comment options by Zoom, email, and in person; the agenda included a closed session (listed for consultation with counsel and land acquisition) that was held at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned in closed session. Public hearings included the required 10-year Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan and County Ordinance No. 25-12 (use of growth allocation in Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Resource Conservation Areas).
