Two evidentiary hearings are scheduled: (1) Patrick W. Nalls and Julia H. Nalls (Case BOA-24-12-0203) request a variance to replace in-kind a 669 sq ft inground pool, 718 sq ft patio, and 473 sq ft deck (total 1,860 sq ft of disturbance) within the 100-foot Critical Area Buffer at 214 Breezy Acres Lane near Queenstown (NC-5 zoning, RCA); and (2) Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless), lessee on county-owned land (Case BOA-26-03-0239) requests Conditional Use approval and relief from collocation and landscape standards to replace a 48-foot light pole with a 95-foot monopole plus ground equipment, and a variance from the recreational area setback at 300 Old Love Point Rd near Stevensville (CS zoning).
