QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

November 15, 2016 On November 15, 2016, at 9:12 a.m., President Willis called a meeting of the Queenstown Commissioners to order. Persons in attendance were Commissioners George Plumbo and Holger Schuster, Town Attorney, Brynja Booth, Lyndsey Ryan (an attorney in Ms.

Booth’s office), Town Engineer, Robert D. Rauch, and Jason Lytle, with GMB, the Town’s consulting engineer on the wastewater treatment plant upgrade.

After calling the meeting to order, President Willis made a motion to adjourn into a closed session to obtain legal advice on a contract matter and to discuss potential litigation concerning the contract; to obtain legal advice on a letter that the Commissioners received concerning osprey nesting on the water tower, and to discuss a personnel matter. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Plumbo and unanimously carried. The Commissioners

adjourned into closed session at 9:14 a.m.

The Commissioners resumed the open session at 9:56 p.m. There being no business to conduct, Commissioner Plumbo made a motion to adjourn the meeting, which was seconded by Commissioner Schuster, and unanimously carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:57 a.m.
