o Discolored water issues still at Harbor Lane area- having lines flushed this week. Plan was to do monthly flushing. Commissioners agree to try flushing bi-weekly to see if helps before consulting Town Engineer.
o Republic should begin delivering trash carts in the next week or so.
PLANNING COMMISSION (no updates) SAFETY & SPEEDING TASK FORCE (no updates)
FINANCE COMMITTEE
o Work on audit ongoing. Auditors will inform if extension will need to be filed.

Fire Dept. has requested going forward Town not schedule tree lighting same night as Centreville parade as they also participate there. Cookie walk will not be during the tree lighting event if on same night as Centreville parade.
o Member Becky Booth discussed upcoming Halloween Parade event- October 26 at lpm.
Route from Town Center to Town Park with childrenos games/pumpkin painting at Park following parade. Will also contact tree lighting event participants and Ladies Auxiliary to see if Saturday would work for everyone and update Town Office.

o November/December meeting schedule- adjust? Commissioners agree to schedule one meeting per month for now- tentatively Nov. 13 and Dec. 1 I . May change if needed.

Wheatland's Project Received permits for the Wheatlands Infrastructure work within SHA ROW for our records. Wheatlands subdivision needed to obtain the permits to directionally drill utilities under Maryland State roads.

o Comm. Willis and Public Works Foreman Bryan Miller will be going to look at boom truck Town possibly interested in purchasing.

Donald Holland- Comegy Lane Resident Mr. Holland asked if Town has considered placing a speed bump on Comegys Lane as ongoing speeding is an issue there. Would like town to consider placing I or 2 speed bumps to slow traffic. Commissioners will consider request.
There being no further business, Callahan motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:56pm. Willis second. VOTE: 2 aye - 0 nay.
