Old and ongoing projects: I&I project dewatering has begun; harbor water testing will be coordinated with the town-wide flushing to observe flows; Wheatland’s Public Works agreement was drafted and forwarded to Richmond American and feedback is pending (USDA response unlikely due to a government shutdown). New business: commissioners will review a 2017 proposed ordinance to regulate long-term rentals; public comment items included notice procedures for Old Wharf Lane sewer work and that the town has not yet received a response from the QVFD about fire alarm communication concerns.
