believes caused by paving of MD Ave. that brought road surface almost even with curbing and
reducing driveway entrance to almost level. Possible to mill down road surface? Commissioners
believe area should be examined during next hard rain before determining hodif to address issue.

Estimate submitted by H&H Marine for pier at ramp area. Ms. Ryan stated Town should
acquire 2 more estimates if possible for same scope of work.

Working on plumbing estimates to provide to DNR- have one from Steve Roberson
Plumbing- still need two more.

MDIA, the Town's Zoning Administration services provided, recently increased their inspection
fees. The Town will need to adopt a resolution to adopt the new fee schedule.

Lane Cole Mr. Cole stated that the grass field by Royal Farms needs to be maintained more
frequently as the grass is always overgrown. Office will send a letter to the property owner
reminding of town regulations regarding property maintenance/grass height.
