August 22,2023 PRESENT: President Al Hardee, Commissioners Tom Willis & Bryon Callahan, Town Manager Amy Moore, Town Clerk Aaron Horney, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan
SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 12:38PM
Hardee motion to enter a closed session to obtain legal adtice from the Town Attorney at 12:39pm. Willis second. VOTE: 3 qve - 0 natt.
CLOSED SESSION
The purpose of the closed session was to meet with the Town Attorney for the purpose of obtaining legal advice regarding Wheatland's.
There being no further business, Willis motion to adjourn the special meeting at 2:18pm.
