Willis second. VOTE: 3 qve - 0 natt. CLOSED SESSION The purpose of the closed session was to meet with the Town Attorney for the purpose of obtaining legal advice regarding Wheatland's. There being no further business, Willis motion to adjourn the special meeting at 2:18pm. Callahan second. VOTE: 3 qve - 0 nqv.
