GUESTS - (none) PUBLIC WORIG o Consumer Confidence Report has been completed and will be mailed to residents and posted on Town website. o Letter sent to Mann & Hummel requesting reduction to annual cleaning of membranes dup tq prior deficiencies having being corrected, with exception of ball valve venting, which is underway. Last 2 bi-annual cleans/inspections have shown no sheet tearing, ballooning or brittleness in membranes. o Water linelhydrant flushittg scheduled for July 13-14. o Scheduling with contractor to have Steamboat Ave. speed bump lowered. PLANNING COMMISSION . DMS filed concept plan on behalf of golf course requesting conceptual plan approval for par 3 hole at the 715 Planning meeting. Request has been filed with Critisal Area Commission for their review and comment. SAFETY & SPEEDING TASK FORCE . Speed awareness radar signs have been ordered- 5 week shipping timeframe. SHA will need to install once received. SHA to be installing crosswalk wording on road surface in 2-3 weeks. New 15 mph limit signs have been installed on town streets. Waiting to hear back. o New PC for Town Clerk installed last week as old computer was outdated and in need of replacement. OLD BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE l. I & I Project (no updates) 2. New Water Tower & Infrastructure Project Formally withdrew permit application request to MDE for the elevated tank and water infrastructure as new plans different with ground tank and location of lines. Will reapply with new plans. 3. Wall St. Water Line Replacement Was to have started last week. Waiting to hear from contactor on start date. MARINE PROJECTS l. Boat Ramp fmprovements (no updates) 2. NEW BUSINESS (nothing to report) ATTORNEY UPDATES (no updates) PUBLIC COMMENT o Travis Palmer - Question about public comment policy- not allowed to speak until public comment time? Pres. Hardee clarified public may ask questions/offer quick comments during meeting but should wait to be called onlkeep comments brief to keep meeting flowing in timely manner. o Lori Sharer - Questioned if Sheriff s Dept. has been in town lately- hasn't seen in a while. Issues at docks as well lately. Pres. Hardee informed that Sheriff Deputy was in town last night. Has requested them to do rudar in town on holiday weekends- is in their budget. Sheriff s Office informed will do assignments as long as manpower is available. Town will look into cameras for dock areas.
