This record is the Queenstown Commissioners special meeting held May 1, 2024, called to order at 3:30 pm and attended by President Al Hardee, Commissioner Bryon Callatran, Town Manager Amy Moore, and Town Clerk Aaron Horney. The commissioners met off-site at the Wheatland's property off US 50 to view parcel boundaries for two adjacent parcels tentatively scheduled to be deeded to the town; property owner Barry Waterman detailed the boundary lines and they also discussed the location of a roadway to provide access. The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm on a motion by Callahan, seconded by Hardee, with the vote recorded as 2-0-0.

The Commissioners viewed the areas with property owner Barry Waterman, who detailed the boundary lines for the two adjacent parcels. Also discussed was the location of the roadway that would provide access to the parcels. Following discussion, Callahan motion to adiourn the meeting at 4:00pm. Hardee second. VOTE: 2alte-0nalt.
