April25,2022 Special Emergency Meeting PRESENT: President Alton Hardee, Commissioner Thomas B. Willis, Jr., George Smith, George Frigon, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, and Amy Moore, Town Manager.
SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:33 a.m.
President Hardee motion to Close the special meeting at 10:33 a.m. for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Town attomey on warranty matters with wastewater membranes. Motion second by Commissioner Willis. VOTE: 2-aye,0-nay President Hardee motion to adjoum the closed session and resume the special meeting at I 1:13 a.m. Commissioner Willis second. VOTE: 2 aye- 0 nay.
There were no decisions made during the Closed Session.
There being no further business at this time, President Hardee motion to adjourn the meeting at ll:14 a.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Willis. VOTE: 2-aye,0-nay.
