QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS
April 4,2022 Special Meeting PRESENT: President Alton Hardee, Commissioner Thomas B. Willis, Jr., Commissioner Bryon Callahan (arrived later in meeting), George Smith and Greg Smith, Susquehanna Operations, Town Engineer Bob Rauch, Town Attomey Lyndsey Ryan, and Amy Moore, Town Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 4:30 p.m.
President Hardee motion to Close the meeting at 4:31p.m. for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Town attorney on warranty matters with membranes. Motion second by Commissioner Willis. VOTE: 2-aye,O-nay Callahan motion to adjourn the closed session and resume the special meeting at 6:10 pm. Willis second. VOTE: 3 aye -0 nay.
There were no decisions made during the Closed Session.
There being no further business at this time, Commissioner Willis motion to adjoum the meeting at 6:10 p.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Callahan. VOTE: 3-aye,O-nay.
