Financial balances were reported (General Fund $292,707.42; Water-Sewer $105,762.89; ARPA $685,659.37); the mosquito control fee was increased to $4,725 and the town will continue the service; the commissioners approved a $50 donation in memory of Kit Foster. Infrastructure and marine projects were discussed: Wall St. water line bids due March 10; ARPA spending priorities (I&I and Wall St.) to be identified by 12/2024; boat ramp dock work estimated around $45,000 (floating dock quotes and piling costs provided) and a site meeting with the dock vendor was requested; a $3,090 change order to remove/replace finger pier headers on the Town Dock was approved (vote 3-0) and the contractor requested pay estimate #3 for $8,730.50 with a remaining retainer of $2,779.45. The draft procurement ordinance and revisions to PWA/DRRA documents for the Wheatland project will be revised by Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan and returned for further review.
