o Once snoilice clear, need to get back to ditches that need work- have engineer look at them, especially R&D ditch, to have scope to put out to bid for each.

Approved site plan for new house on Lot 2, 104 Wall St.
o Proposing revisions to Table of Height, Area, and Bulk Requirements section of Zoning Ord.
Proposed revisions address inconsistencies between subsection 65 Permissible Uses and subsection 95, clariff terminology, and refine standards for specific zoning districts. Copies of proposed revisions provided to Commissioners.

Water Tank & Infrastructure Project o Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio at Rauch applied to MDE Water Quality Financing Program for funding towns water infrastructure project in amount of $8,090,680.00. Asked them to consider for best possible MDE funding package, which may include, or be limited to, loan.

Have asked Rauch if able to finalize rate study- waiting on response.
3. Proposed Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Related to Accessory Dwelling Units
o Attorney has drafted in ordinance form. Commissioners to review for possible introduction at next meeting. MD House Bill 1466, which mandates the amendments, provided for Commissioners' review.
4.
Long Term Rentals - Possible Legislation o Draft of prior proposed ordinance provided for Commissioners'review. Attorney will review for any updates needed if necessary to conform to current law.

NEW BUSINBSS
o Pres. Hardee stated his belief that a gate is needed for the landing access road to provide better security for the landing area and plant. Cameras have been installed to monitor the site- will monitor for a period before determining if a gate is needed. Also would like to look into current security at all town sites- any upgrades needed? What do other towns do? Will look into and update.
ATTORNEY UPDATES (no updates)
PUBLIC COMMENT
o Joe Kelkowski @esident) - Thinks town can do better at snow removal. Areas still have snow/ice, ramp at the town office not cleared. Commissioners agree town can improve and welcome feedback to find ways to improve processes but stress the ice storm provided many challenges to Queenstown and most other municipalities with limited equipment/budgets. Believe public works employees did a good job and got roads open and passable which is the main objective.
o Di Quynn-Reno (Resident) - Appreciate work public works did clearing the roads. Conditions were hard to deal with but did a good job overall. Also wanted to get the word out about the food pantry in town on Del Rhodes Ave. Provides a great resource for the community and wants to make sure residents are aware of it- put something in newsletter? Commissioners agree will put notice out.
There being no further business, Callahan motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:42pm. Hardee second.
