SPECIAL MEETING CALLED To ORDER AT 4202 pM The purpose of the special meeting was to introduce proposed Ordinance 24-01 ..AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF QUEENSTOWN APPROVING AND ADOPTING A DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AGREEMENT (DRRA) BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS OF QUEENSTOWN AND WATERMAN FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, PURSUANT TO THE QUEENSTOWN TOWN CODE'' Commissioner Willis introduced Ordinance 24-Ol and asked for comments from the public. No cornments were received. Ms. Ryan informed that a public hearing for Ordinance 24-01 will be scheduled for January 3 l, 2024, at 6 pm. There being no further business, Willis second. VOTE: 2 alte - 0 nay.
