QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
lsf,ay 27,2021 PRESENT: President Tom Willis, Commissioner Alton Hardee, Commissioner Bryon Callahan, Town Manager, Amy Moore, Town Attomey, Lyndsey Ryan, and Town Engineer, Robert Rauch.
The meeting occurred at the Queenstown Town Offrce and members were also invited to participate viaZoom.
SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER by Commissioner Willis at 2:00 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION Motion made by President Willis at2:00 p.m. to discuss a contractual matter and obtain legal advice. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hardee and unanimously carried.
Vote: 3-aye,0-nay.
RESUME SPECIAL MEETING by Commissioner Willis at 3:41 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at this time, Commissioner Willis made a motion to adjoum the meeting at3:42 p.m., which was seconded by Commissioner Callahan and unanimouslv carried. Vote: 3-aye, O-nay.
