The meeting occurred at the Queenstown Town Offrce and members were also invited to participate viaZoom. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER by Commissioner Willis at 2:00 p.m. CLOSED SESSION Motion made by President Willis at2:00 p.m. to discuss a contractual matter and obtain legal advice. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hardee and unanimously carried. Vote: 3-aye,0-nay. RESUME SPECIAL MEETING by Commissioner Willis at 3:41 p.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at this time, Commissioner Willis made a motion to adjoum the meeting at3:42 p.m., which was seconded by Commissioner Callahan and unanimouslv carried.
