QUEENSTOW\ COMMISSTONERS October 712021 Special Meeting A special meeting was held in the Town Office for the purpose of holding a Closed Session to obtain legal advice from the Town Attorney on contract matters related to the Town Dock projects. President Willis called the meeting to order at3:J7 p.m. Participating were President Tom Willis, Commissioner Bryon Callahan, Town Attomey Lyndsey Ryan, Town Manager Amy Moore, and Travis Hughes, Rauch Engineering. President Willis motioned to enter into Closed Session at 3:08 p.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Callahan. Motion carried. President Willis motioned to adjourn the Closed Session and reconvene the Special Meeting at 3:26 p.m. Commissioner Callahan motioned to waive the requirernent for a bond from Stabil Solutions for the terrathane foam injection project at the Town Dock due to limited risk and to keep the project moving forward. Motion seconded by President Willis. Motion caried. President Willis motioned to approve the bid documents for the boat ramp project and waive the requirement for a bond. Motion seconded by Commissioner Callahan. Motion carried. There being no further business, President Willis motioned to adjourn the work session at 3:28 p.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Callahan.
