On September 18, 2020 the Queenstown Commissioners held a special meeting with Commissioners Thomas B. Willis, Jr. and Alton Hardee, Jr., Town Manager Amy Moore, and Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan (virtually) to fill the vacancy left by Commissioner Hogie Schuster. They entered executive session at 1:01 p.m., reconvened at 1:37 p.m., unanimously appointed Bryon Callahan to serve the remainder of Schuster's term (vote 2-aye, 0-nay), and adjourned at 1:39 p.m.

QUEENSTOWTI COMMTSSTONERS SPECIAL MEETING September 18,2020 Commissioners Thomas B. Willis, Jr. and Alton Hardee, Jr. held a special meeting for the purpose of discussing appointment of a candidate to the vacancy left by the resignation of Commissioner Hogie Schuster. ln attendance were Amy Moore, Town Manager and Lyndsey Ryan, Town Attorney (virtually). Meeting called to order at 1:00 p.m. President Willis motioned to enter into executive session at 1:01 p.m. to discuss the candidates that were interviewed and make a decision on appointing a replacement for Commissioner Schuster. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 2-aye,0-nay President Willis motioned to close the executive session at l:37 p.m. and reconvene the special meeting. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 2-aye,O-nay President Willis motioned to appoint Bryon Callahan as Town Commissioner for the rernainder of the term left vacant by the resignation of Hogie Schuster. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 2-aye,O-nay.
