On August 9, 2019 the Queenstown Commissioners held a special meeting, attended by President Thomas B. Willis, Jr., Commissioners Alton Hardee and Hogie Schuster, Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, and Town Engineer Robert Rauch. The Board moved into a closed session at 10:10 a.m. to negotiate a contract, reconvened at 10:30 a.m., and voted unanimously (3-0) to accept the price from MDVP with additions and a possible budget ceiling of $150,000; the meeting was adjourned at 10:34 a.m.

QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETNG August 9,2019 On August 9, 2019 the Commissioners of Queenstown convened a special meeting. President Willis called the meeting to order at 10:09 a.m. at the Town Office. Present were President Thomas B. Willis, Jr., Commissioner Alton Hardee, Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, and Town Engineer Robert Rauch. President Willis motioned to close the Special Meeting and enter into Closed Session at 10:10 a.m. to negotiate a contract. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster. Vote: 3-aye, 0-nay President Willis motioned to adjourn the Closed Session and reconvene the Special Meeting at 10:30 a.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 3-aye,O-nay President Willis motioned to accept the price from MDVP, with additions, with a possible budget ceiling of $150,000. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee.
