SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 3:00 pM
The purpose of the special meeting was to discuss a water tank lease agreement and to meet in closed
session to obtain legal advice on a proposed development.
WATER TANK LEASE AGREEMENT
A proposed amendment agreement to the current Water Tank Lease Agreement between the Town and
New Cingular Wireless (AT&T) was submitted for the Commissioner's review. The amendment
agreement was drafted following discussions between AT&T and the Town's representative Hugh Odom
of Vertical Consultants,LLC. The terms of the proposed agreement include term renewal modifications
and rent increase modifications. After review of the proposed agreement, Iltillis motion to accept the
